Day two was good and day three going even better...had a big boost in the energy level this afternoon! I am considering doing the shakes..it seems the more I read on here...that it would make sense to do them. I havent really had any solids coming out today,just a couple small thin bms this morning,not constipated feeling,,just feels like nothing is loosening up in there yet. Is that normal?
