Glad to help any I can, I definately have gotten alot off of this board!
If you dodnt mind sharing....why did you stop on your other attempts?
It will be nice to have someone going through at just about the same stage...we can keep each other motivated!
How long are you planning on going?
I would like to do between 7-10 for my first fast.
