I was sure I had read that in the book. I am wanting to go straight from the book for my first cleanse. This is a big step for me and I want to make it a positive experience, so I am trying to keep it as simple to follow as possible.
I stopped all caffiene intake the beginnning of last week and had the headaches then, but I am sure glad I did it, so I dont have to try to fast and deal with those caffiene headaches at the same time.
I have woken up to day two , and it feels great to have a day under my belt!
I still feel good, and I think I will attempt the salt water after I get off here.
I have things moving out some, but I think the salt water will be a good flush, but I will be sure to think of dehydration possibilities. But right now I feel fine, and have no worries of that right now.
