Wow, Didi...that sounds like a great flush! (I like the taste of the oo/gf too) I swear that if you fast before the Liver Flush the nausea is nil or almost nil. I've done an Master-Cleanse before a flush and a 3day apple fast (real apples, not juice) before a flush and those were my best flushes.

I'm sooo glad to hear you had an absolutely painless flush! That makes it sooo much nicer.

We all have different looking stones...I've never had chaff or bright green stones... So when you said that you had bright green stones...then olive oil green 'chaff' stuff...that is interesting. I really don't know. Will you be doing another one in the future so you'll be able to compare and contrast with this one?
