Hi Cleanser! OOooh, I hope that your headache is already gone by the time you read this.

I have heard that 1 tbsp of Epsom Salt in water will get rid of a headache...by basically flushing out the bowel (and toxins) My boyfriend tries this and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Are you one to get really bad headaches?
