Hi Rinna!

You poor thing! I am so sorry that you are still feeling sick.
I think it is just incredible that you had gone this far and held strong despite the challenges of this fast. You are amazing!!!!! I do know that you can do this if you still want to. :-)

But make sure that you are not forcing yourself to do something that your body is asking you not to do...Are you experiencing some good effects of the fast too? If you aren't, or if they do not feel like they outweigh the bad then maybe it is time for you to stop? Do you feel like things are still changing for the better?

Tracey had the experience of starting the fast and then discovering that it wasn't the right time for her. Maybe she has some thoughts on this?
