Thanks for your imput....I enjoy reading your posts.
Did you read AmyK's reply about the PC?
I went and read a bunch of the PC forum and page and it sounds like the PC would be good - I dont want any of those nasty buggers in me.
Thing is it seems like the PC takes weeks to complete and I don't think I be doing Master-Cleanse that long as to go right from Master-Cleanse to PC to liver flush.
(I did do Dr. Shultzs 5 day Liver Flush this past summer and felt good but I didn't see anything to extrordinary in the toilet bowl so I'm not sure how successful it actually was.)
