It's true...take the Clarkia an hour away from the b&p. Not sure about putting it in with the lemonade. I wouldn't, just to be on the safe side.

As you can imagine..if you were EATING it would be sooo much more difficult to schedule all of this stuff - since it has to be taken on an empty stomach. Doing it while fasting is easier, but still needs some scheduling too!
