I'm seriously considering finishing my Master Cleanse with a liver cleanse as I read about in a link to Tracey's description of hers. Then I read today the word "barf" in connection with it, and I'm going, "Uh-oh, maybe not?"

Can someone please give me a step by step explanation as to how to do the liver cleanse? I've been told I can find info about it on this site somewhere, but with only 12 hours a month of internet, I'm not able to do much searching.
