in a nutshell, with empirical data taken, they lowered my blood pressure to low normal range and raised my tem from the 96.5 range to the 98 range. as long as i wore them, this is what i got. i now no longer need to wear them, but at first, i wore them night and day. i was doing too many other things over that time to attribute much else to them, but these things i tested and correlated and got numbers on.

one other thing i have to mention, so please forgive - my testicles got larger and hung much lower than before. i have seen this mentioned on other alex cui chats as well, so i have to mention it. i have never known of a woman wearing them so i dont know about that.
