Hi! I got Chiu's rings also -- about 2 weeks ago.

I purchased the Nuedenom ones. He also sells a lower strength guass version for $29.95 or so

I also notice that I dont sleep as soundly so far. It is going on 2 weeks.

However, I did notice that in the last few days, while still faithfully wearing them-- that my normal sleep is returning-- so I am going to still continue to wear them.

I dont beleive they will make you look like your 19 years old again, but I do feel a rush of circulation throughout my limbs when they are on. I have a tendency to poor circulation- but these rings -within minutes-- move the blood around very fast.

I read that in the beginning, the sleeplessness effect is normal.
