i made them myself and they worked on my raynauds. i credit h2o2 therapy and Colloidal Silver equally as well. with the cautious use of all three i am now warm and pink as a baby's bottom all the way to the tips of my fingers and toes. and i am no longer treating myself with those things. i also began to eat only fresh/raw/organic at that time as well.
