GREAT! THAT IS SO AWSOM! I must say that I am glad you and others are using the rings as well. I have been using them off and on for about three years and they seem to help. They don't cure things, But they do help A TON!! I have used them especally when I am sick, but also when I am just tiered or feeling low and they are accually pretty effective. My brothers got a kick out of teezing about the whole lord of the rings thing, but I just had fun being well:)
