Let me set this up first.....I got the ring magnets made by Alex Chiu but...sold on ebay by someone else. I wore them for almost a year and did notice some tingling feeling in my fingers, hands and arms when I wore them to bed. I stoped wearing them because I wasn't getting very much "quality sleep", and this was because I kept on waking up when I moved around and scratched myself with the plastic holders.
Anyway..... I just started wearing them again because I recieved an email from someone claiming to get my email address from Cheu's website. This guy was saying that he gets more results form the rings by taking a Iron tablet or pill. Sooooo, I tried this and MAN, I just can't seem to sleep at all...I toss and turn all night long. Plus, I seem to get some constipation form the iron pills, and believe me, I've never had any problems when it comes to going to the bathroom.
Anyone experience this too?
