Another thing you can do is buy a magnetic sheet from craft dept. (I bought mine from the "Dollar store"). They are about 6" by 10", and you cut it in half and make insoles for your shoes with the 2 halves. They are a bit sweaty but you only have to wear them about an hour a day.

If you have other aches and pains or health problems, the best thing to do is use energized water. It works for just about everything and it's free, so give it a try. Pat.
