oh, yes. i wear rings on my pinkies according to alex chiu's instructions. i make them from hard drive magnets, which will pinch a blister on you if your not careful. they are much more powerful than alex's ready-mades.

the main effects i find are lowered blood pressure and a rise in internal body temp. wearing the magnets in this specific manner really revs up the metabolism. they have made me feel spacy before, but not so much lately. i used to wear them 24/7 because i had to in order to stay warm. i only wear them at night now or sometimes whaen i am driving long distances. i think they have been a big part of my recovery.
