So far, All I know is that it really cut the wrist pain in half yesterday-- but before that, I felt a rush of circulation through the veins in that hand/wrist.


I did read that there is some link with the bodys ph balance and magnets- encouraging a more alkaline ph balance I think.

It's very fascinating., I am going to read more on this myself.

I had ordered a pair of Magnetic shoe inserts that massage the reflexology points of your foot. Today was the first day I wore them , and today I felt invigorated - no leg cramps, but a feeling of blood moving freely through the veins. And I was sitting most of the day typing too!



Copper bracelets are sold at our healthfood store. I may just get one and see what that does as well!
