Hi, I was having wrist pain this afternoon while typing-- so i thought i'd put on this bracelet that has a magnetic closure on it. It's not the traditional holistic magnet bracelet, but some fashion bracelet I got in a fashion store at our local mall-- with leather and a magnetic closure.

I figured it was better than nothing. Well the pain in my wrist is greatly diminished after 3 hours of continuous typing -- and I could feel more blood circulation in that hand.

There is something to this with magnets-- I cant wait to try my new magnetic reflexology shoe insoles.
