Howdy Owen,

I am the same way with your posts. When I see Owen, then I know it is going to be something upbeat and helpful to someone, and most likely a lot of people.

I have not had much experience with magnets, but what I have had has been good. I once got a pair of cheap magnetic insoles for my shoes. I put one in one shoe for testing and walked across the room. The difference was so remarkable that I went back across the room and inserted the other one. I found that if I wore them daily then bruises would develop at the point of the magnet. I solved that by getting some foam inserts and put them over the magnet insoles. Works great. One other thing that I use regularily is a small magnetic plate. I place most all of my liquid preparations and drinking water on it for a while. The link at the bottom of the page is The Heritage Store in Virginia Beach, Va. I get nearly all my oils from there because of the quality of the oils. At the bottom of the page is the "Maggie, the magnetic plate that I was talking about.

My brother told me of a demonstration he attended once. He said that he could hold his arm in an "L" shape and the instructor could physically push his arm backward. When magnet insoles were placed in his shoes, then the instructor could not push the arm backward. I definitely am a believer in magnets.

I lived in Sanford, Florida for a couple of years, but my wife and children missed the hills and trees of NC, so we came back. I enjoyed Florida, but I also love cold weather. I tend to enjoy life, wherever or whenever I happen to be.

Thanks for the vibes. I do likewise. I firmly believe in them. When one of my grandsons was born 2 months premature it was pretty iffy whether he would live. I sent him all the vibes I could muster. He was 4 days old before I was allowed to see him. He had tubes run down into his lungs and some IV's hooked up and was so tiny. I touched his hand with my finger and he grasped it, then rolled his head over and looked me in the eyes and, call it what you will, I KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT that all would be OK!! Yessir, vibes work!! He is 16 now and taller than me.

I know that I speak for a lot of people when I say, thanks for your taking the time to help so many. So refreshing to know that people like you do still exist.
