I wouldn't worry too much about your bottle of peroxide exploding. This is another "made for TV" event.

The claim here is that you can smuggle Peroxide and another chemical on to an aircraft, combine them, and create an explosive called TPTA during the flight.

This is totally IMPOSSIBLE. To succeed you would need a bunch of equipment, the chemicals need to be at around 2 degrees Centrigrade at ALL times, would take over 24 hours to process, an yield very little actual explosive. The terrorist would be overcome by fumes well before there was any real danger.(Apart from a bathroom fire.)

The real danger here is that buying peroxide can now be construed as attempting to acquire bomb making materials. Given the provisions of the Patriot Act 2, I would strongly advise that you not try to purchase peroxide in any large amount until this whole farce plays out.

By the way 10% is all you need.
