i like to use the clay over lots of my body. i put it on my neck and back, directly over the kidneys, over the liver, and over the upper back which has been a problem in the past for me. then i let it dry, then shower, then spray down with H2o2, awesome! the clay cleans out the pores and really paves the way for the peroxide to do its thing.
