Ineffective, Unreliable and Dangerous. Will never produce enough Ozone to do a pool, emits dangerous levels of high frequency UV, and short service lfe. Mains powered, just add water.

You'll need a Cold Corona device somewhere between 400mg/H and 1g/H depending on pool size.
