firest question, i usually wait for about 20 or 30 minutes before eating. second question, that sounds to me like the lymph gland that is located behind your ear is draining, that is a very good thing, it means the ozone is drawing out toxins and cleansing your lymph system. after a while try increasing hte ozonation time to 20 minutes.
