You can get the neti pot at a health food store, or online. I've bought 15 or so of them for friends over the years. I use it whenever my sinuses get pressure or my nose is running. I haven't had sinusitis since I started using it.

I have a medical grade ozonator - it comes with a charcoal filter so the ozone doesn't go out in the air.
