I use a neti pot for sinus problems. I haven't had a cold in the 15 years I've been using one, after reading about it in my Tao book. You put salt water in there that's the same salinity and temperature as what's already in your nose, and it cleans everything out - my allergies have all gone away too, as have those of several people who I've given a neti pot - it can help with migraines too. You hold the spout to one nostril and it runs out the other - you don't even feel it.

I also ozonate water for 1/2 hour every morning - it's a wonderful thing!
