i pretty much agree with all of that. i usually recommend a new comer to put the ozonator near a window with a fan blowing out. then after your body gets used to ozone internally in the water form, then very slowly introduce a bit of the ozone gas as it escapes during the ozonating process. but take it slow, do NOT over do it with breathing, very slow.
