My doctor started doing this therapy and suggested I could do it to restore the bacteria imbalance and possibly help with Candida. One thing I'm concerned about is if it's safe to be doing it. Will it exert pressure in the colon, which could result in bowel peforation or hemmoroids? Also, is there die-off with this therapy?
