Well, this is my first visit here. I read your post Pam
and found it very helpful. From years of protein-shake
madness (shoulda put in the fiber), I have found it now
necessary to start learning more about healthy innards.
Anyway, thanks for the detailed and descriptive information.
For example, I used to think a daily bowel movement was good
but what you said makes excellent sense. For now I will
lurk, read and learn but wanted to introduce myself as the
"Shameless Muscle Head" I have been/am and ackowledge the
helpfulness of your posting and others I have read so far!
