it is hard to tell how far down into the lungs he is getting it, but it is probably not far. i had read that testimony before and it is quite amazing. still, a spray bottle or a vaporizer are not the same as a nebulizer. the neb turns liquid into a gas so that it can be drawn all the way down into the lungs. the spray bottle is droplets that will fall out before they get very far. the vaporizer is releasing the oxygen with heat and creating steam and free oxygen. that is much the same as taking a draw from an oxygen tank, except more moist!
