Well you certainly accomplish your intention of connecting with the spirit of your readers. Your advise is always clearly given from a very good place in your heart.

And even on barren ground, one day those seeds will sprout. I expect what you did 30 years ago, will inspire the near future - some things in 10 years.

Oh, and by your references, from how well your body's responded to your care it looks like winter is the new spring....
