golf egg has had success with breathing it. this is somewhat controversial, but he and his wife both have breathed ozone. i believe its best with a medical grade unit tho. i have breathed small amounts of ozone from my non-medical grade unit with some success. i occasionally get a lung irritation from mold in my apt complex. it can take one or two days to go away. however, when i breath in ozone it can be taken care with one 15 minute treatment. however, its touchy, if i overdo it, then my lungs can feel fatigued, so its one of those things of being careful. but it does work very well.
