Interestigly, I had noticed that the company sometimes offers "reconditioned" units [for a lower price and with full warranty] obtained from people who may upgrade or for whatever reason, return a unit. I thought this may help me to get the 800 vs. the 400. Well, it was disappointing and encouraging to hear from Air-Zone that they rarely get any returns so they seldom have any refurbished units available. This made a terrific unintentional reference for me.
In any case, the company does seem to offer a good warrantee as well.
Please post your decision and results with your unit. I am saving the extra cash to go for the 800 model.
