Yep Dr. Pressman says one of the best ways to avoid the ozone rash is by doing cleanses first. He says the liver cleanse is best. I agree with you the colon clease should be done first to provide a good way for the toxins to get out of the body as fast as possible. Then do the other cleanses. I'm going to do the Dr. Schulze Colon Cleanse tonight over the next few days. See what happens. :-0
