The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity is the book that started me on carrot/beet/cucumber juice, around 15 years ago. It's been my favorite book since then - great to check on what sort of juices you should be drinking for what. (I got thyroid cancer in spite of juicing). I'm glad to hear that he has another book - I'll get it.
