The best things I've found that work for me are superfoods, a good Ionized Water filter, and spraying yourself with H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) after showering. I found the Garden of Life products are great too if you want to do supplements. Do the ozone, raw foods, and juicing. I've tried a ton of different things, but these are the only ones worth doing in my opinion. Do all those things, and you will be disease free, and full of energy. There are a lot of different things out there that will drain your pocket book, and don't do anything.
