Yeah, I have been drinking plenty of water.
However, I've never heard of having to take salt along with it.
Does that include salt used for cooking?
Do you mix it into the water?

I've been trying to stay away from salt as much as I can, since I have kidney cancer
and it tends to make me look like a yeast dumpling the next morning.lol
