The ionica specs. say:

1. Decompound pesticide and rudimental fertilizer: Ozonic water can be used to clean vegetable and fruit, sterilize and freshen meat and seafood, removing fertilize randpesticide, effectively kill the bactieria without changing the taste, meanwhile extend the fresh time. (10 min.)

Wouldn't the same effect destroy the vitamins and nutrients of the veggies?

Given that ozone is so good killing bacteria and so on, wouldn't it destroy the probiotic bacteria (good ones) of the stomach?
