I'll answer what I can:

1) Does the ozonation/ozoning of water just produce weak hydrogen peroxide by bonding another O molecule to the H2O?

I don't know this for fact, but I would conjecture that it produces some
form of peroxide, as the singlet oxygen atoms split off and bond with the
h2o. I can tell you that drinking ozone water is much more palatable than
h2o2 drops in water.

2) Can you ozone normal tap water or does it have to be distilled water? Is there any difference in effect or time it needs to be ozoned for?

Tap water contains chlorine. You can but I would ozonate for twice as long in
order to burn off the chlorine first. Best case is either purified or distilled.

3) What is the best way (most effective) of increasing the level of oxygen you get, ozoning water, breathing in ozone or hydrogen peroxide?

Good question. Part of it has to do with where the oxygen is needed. If you
want to us it to, for example, kill candida, then drinking ozone water is
more effective. Whereas breathing in will likely get into your bloodsteam
faster (although if you have lots of lung toxins, be prepared to cough).

4) Do all non medical ozone producers also produce NOX (I gather this is Nitrogen Oxide rather than Nitrous Oxide - I wouldn't mind breathing in/drining the latter not sure about the formar though)? How much is produced - does this vary between manufacturers or will all produce a certain proportion?

I would say yes, although some manufacturers claim they prodice none (see
air-zone.com). It also has to do with how moist the air is. See ebay for
enaly where they have started selling some of their ozonators with air
drying units attached, which should help.

5) On posts/adverts for ozoning water I've seen reference to stones to go in the water? what are these & what do theydo?

They are ceramic stones that allow the incoming ozone to spread out into
the water. This helps to 'charge' the water better.

6) What type of plastic tube is ok to use to direct ozone from a generator into water?

Ozonators usually come with the stone as well as some silicon tubing.

7) For manufacturers does anyone know of Hailea - they make ozone generators for aquariums, will this work as well as any other non-medical one (same question for ozone generators for use in hydroponics). Details are:

Don't know of the manufaturer, but there is no reason why you couldn't
use it for ozonating water. It is a little weaker at 100mgs/hour.
Most water ozonators are 200mgs/hr.

8) I read on one site that O3 - Ozone takes around 20 seconds to break down in water - is this acurate & if so do the Oxygen molecules left over remain stable & remain in the water.

I believe the site meant to say 20 minutes, not 20 seconds. A fully charged
glass of water will last about 20 minutes.

9) How long can you leave ozoned water for - can you make up a big batch & keep it for a while?

The colder, the longer it will last, but it still dissipated quickly. You'll
want to drink it right away for therapeutic purposes. Otherwise it is merely
just purifying the water.

10) Is an output of 110mg/hour ok for a non-medical unit. If there are 2 outputs noted at 100mg/hour is this equivalent to 200mg/hour (silly question I know but Imight be missing something obvious). The generator in question is http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HYDROPONIC-ODOUR-KILLER-200mg-OZONE-GENERATOR_W0QQitemZ...

Not sure I understand the question. But the reference I believe is for
an air purifier as oppossed to a water ozonator. Which is fine if that's
what you're looking for.
