FIR sauna can be therapeutic in many ways. It is deep
heat that can penetrate 2 or 3 inches into the body and
can bring about healing to internal organs, and without
leaving you feeling tired like a traditional dry heat
sauna.
Without ozone, I'd probably pick FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) over steam. However,
WITH ozone, you want steam to open the pores in your skin
so the ozone can be absorbed. I don't know if using FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) with
ozone would cause problems, persay. It just wouldn't
likely be as beneficial from an ozone standpoint.
