Don't buy either of those. I wouldn't buy the infrared sauna because I've always heard that steam saunas are to be used with ozone therapy. I wouldn't buy the particular steam sauna that you found on Ebay because that one is trash. I would go with this one:

I have owned 2 of them over the years and they are great and have the best steampot in the market.
