I started my parasite cleanse yesterday. I used oxy-type colon cleanser "Mag O7" beforehand & recently started on MSM.

The parasite Cleanse forum "mostly" says to stop all supplements while doinng the para cleanse. Will adding the oxygen elements help or hinder the process?

On MSM: I bought the powder [as I saw recommended here] & am not sure how much to take...it say "heaping tsp. 5g"...when I took it before with Glucosamine & Chondroitin for joints, I only took 2-500mg. caps.

I weigh 210 lb. what would "oxytherapy" dose be & how fast should I "work up" to it?
