The best way to attack herpes with ozone is with the sauna. The virus likes to hide at the base of the back when not active. Herpes is supposed to be a hard one to get, but can be done. You will probably have to do the saunas the rest of your life every few months, after you think you really got it eliminated. You can goto http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ozonetherapy and read the experiences of others, and ask Dr. Pressman what you should do.
