I just ordered the book, but since I've ordered it along with another one, it won't be with me for 10 days or so.

I'm in Solihull (between Birmingham and Warwickshire). What about you?

Questions for you:

Can ozonated water be used throughout the day? (i.e. does it remain stable if I make a big batch for use for a day/several days? or do I have to make it as and when I want it?)

What benefits have you personally seen? How long have you been using it?

Is Ozonated water used the same as H202? (have to leave 3 hours after food/1 hour before?)


I'm trying to work on adult acne, poor digestion, poor energy levels, .... wanting something as a general tonic.

My boyfriend has tennis elbow, many aches and pains (due to physical job) poor memory and poor energy.

How effective do you feel ozone will be for us. We're already liver flushing/colon cleansing.
