Really encouraging story! I'm just building up on the ozone water. I've been doing insufflation with no problem but the water is more challenging. I stopped getting flu like symptoms from it, but I had a big bout of diarreah a couple of days ago after increasing my ozone water. It left me feeling not so good, but I am determined to keep going. I guess I'll give it a couple of days before I continue.
