I think I read in Hulda Clark 's newest book (came out last thursday, I have a signed copy after hearing her lecture at the Rife Conference in Seattle (bragging, yes - see my feathers poof)... anyway, she spoke of die off being more intense when the colon is not cleansed. My humble appologies, I read it and don't remember where in the book.

How much did you drink? In my experience ANY kind of detox is going to be a kick in the butt if you jump in quickly. I know that from the time I started antioxidents (nothing special) and crashed seriously. I postponed my next dose a few weeks till my schedule changed, but the damage (no damage really, initial cleanse and overwhelming results) was done. The next cleanse was milder as I had already broken the dam (or damn, depending on your viewpoint). Then day by day it was better.

I have had some interesting results with my ozonated water that I will ask about later in this forum.

p.s. my dog yells at me if I don't give her HER ozonated water within a reasonable time. The kiss that follows tells me she knows the value. I thought I rescued her, she rescued ME, and is my partner in studies to improve the quality of life.
