I thought ozone was damaging to the lungs since they always caution you about breathing it when ozonating water. I have moderate to severe asthma. I would appreciate any suggestions. I am buying a nebuliser and trying Colloidal Silver . I only use proventil and only when absolutely necessary. How much ozonated water can I safely drink? Should you wait a time before eating after drinking it and how long should you ozonate the water for? And should you drink it right away or wait 5 min. I've read both. Thank you for your kindness.
