Ozone quality does depend on a few things! Some Ozone generators produce oxides of Nitrogen and others only slightly or not at all. Theres three Ozone generators you can buy:-

COLD CORONA
COLD PLASMA
ULTRA VIOLET

The Cold Plasma I cannot comment on to much but they have proven reliability and are the ones which Nikola Telsa patented.

Cold Corona produce high levels of Ozone and most generators are good with little Oxides if any produced. You should see if your getting a Dual-Dielectric version which prevents Ozone contamination with a layer of glass between the gas and all components.

I've seen some UV versions as expensive or more than Cold Corona and to be honest they aren't worth it. The output is much lower than a Corona.

To get the ultimate Ozone you need a Medical grade Ozone unit of any description and plumb in a Oxygen bottle. The output and quality is extremely high with this method.

SOTA make a nice little unit thats not hard on the pocket.
