I've been taking peroxide for several years along with MSM and I still get flu like symptoms although I've gone almost three years without a cold which I used to have all the time... I may go a couple weeks without MSM and I'll start to get a cold or allergy symptom and it's usually gone in a few minutes of taking a big glass of water with some MSM but for me it has had no effect on flu what so ever. About two weeks ago I started taking Chlorella... about a tablespoon per day. I thought I was pretty cleaned out of toxins... boy was I ever wrong... but I really feel like this stuff is going to do the trick!
