I love Dr. Schultz's Colon Cleanse (there is a Dr. Schultz forum on curezone too, another of my favorites. :) It is very easy, inexpensive, and deeply effective. I saw lots of parisites in my waste the first couple of times I did it. I have done it many times but did not notice very many after those first two. I now use a Terminator zapper which kills all parasites, so I don't imagine I will be seeing any when I do the next one here in a few days.
As to the ozone, I don't have one yet and it may be awhile before I get one, so I am afraid I would not be of any help to you there.
