I would highly recommend you stick to the program, and drink more water. The flulike symptoms are simply an indication that the hydrogen peroxide has found pathogens to kill and the body is trying to eliminate those pathogens through elimination channels. I've gotten over the flu in one day from drinking a gallon of distilled water throughout the day, and although I have not started the hydrogen peroxide therapy yet, the theory is the same... your body needs liquids to eliminate toxins, and when on hydrogen peroxide therapy, you should be drinking a gallon of water daily.
